We're not saying that you need to be featured on Fat City to be famous, but ... it probably doesn't hurt. Robert Bishop, Fat City contributor and the creator of Cheesy Blasters in real life (see this 2009 interview), is part of a new series of online and television commercials promoting 30 Rock.

For Bishop (the brains behind Lunch Blog KC), you see, has been designated a 30 Rock superfan for his commitment to bringing the fictional foods featured on the NBC sitcom to life.

WGN America is creating a series of promotional shots for the show, and Bishop was one of three superfans flown out to New York City to sound off on the quirky comedy. The above video is a teaser for a mock cooking-style-show re-creation of the buffalo chicken shake.

Enjoy your superfandom, Robert. We look forward to the next meat-cheese-pizza creation that springs forth from your kitchen and 30 Rock's imagination.
