Kamal owns Yummy's Choice — a wholesaler of Mediterranean foods such as hummus, falafel, blocks of feta cheese, and pita. And while his products are sold locally, the restaurant marks a new direction for the chef. Kamal previously operated Yummy's Market on 39th Street, where Jerusalem Cafe is now.
The Marble Top Cafe serves breakfast (Kamal intends to serve beignets), lunch and dinner. The menu consists of Greek and Mediterranean staples: gyros, falafel and kabobs. The drinks include soft drinks, house-made lemonade and coffee. The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Has anybody had a chance to eat there?

We ate at Marble Top on Wednesday and both the food and the atmosphere are wonderful. I would like all to visit it, you will love it

I ate at Marble Top the other day and both the food and the atmosphere are wonderful. Yummy Kahmal is a delightful man, and the Gyro's are delicious! Definitely give this place a thumbs up. Hope you get a chance to enjoy!
i think it's funny that the picture gives a different address than the story! BTW, i loved Michael Forbes Restaurant and their peanut sauce rocked!
@Dillo, you're right. It's now KC Smoke Burgers, which I actually visited back in January [http://www.pitch.com/fatcity/archives/2011…]. Thanks for the reminder.
