In this week's review, Charles Ferruzza suggests that Chai Shai (651 East 59th Street) in Brookside has the best samosas in Kansas City. He also has high praise for the lamb korma and masala paneer roll coming out of the tiny kitchen that's popular with nearby University of Missouri-Kansas City students.
