What would you like to see in the Mama's 39th Street space?

Mama's 39th Street Diner dished up its last cinnamon roll and plate of corned-beef hash on Sunday (although fans could take hope from the exchange on the restaurant's Facebook page above, which wistfully suggests a mobile eatery in the future), and there's suddenly a very large hole on Southwest Trafficway.

There has been a diner at 1726 West 39th Street 3906 Waddell for nearly 90 years (with Nichols Lunch operating a 24-hour establishment for 85 of those) as generations of Kansas Citians have walked through the doors for eggs and a hot cup of coffee. So let's play restaurateur this morning. What should go in the old Nichols and Mama's space?
