Corner Bakery Cafe coming to Overland Park

It looks like bread could just be the next great frontier for chains looking to enter and expand in the Kansas City area. Panera Bread will open in Brookside May 3 (they're hiring now), and the Corner Bakery Cafe has
announced its intention to open five stores in the Kansas City market over the next five years.
The first cafe for the Dallas-based chain is planned for Overland Park. It will open in early 2013, but the location has not yet been announced. The rapidly growing franchise has 130 locations across the country. The setup sounds similar to Panera: a mix of breakfast, salad, soup and panini. Anybody from out-of-state have a recommendation on what to order?
