Wing Busters is now open on Oak

Wing Busters is now dishing up breakfast and lunch at 1125 Oak. Breakfast at the new wing shop is a mix of egg and cheese sandwiches (on a biscuit, toast, English muffin, croissant or Texas toast), breakfast burritos and omelets. A breakfast sandwich combo (on biscuit or toast) with hash browns and coffee is only $2.85.
Lunch has chicken and fish sliders, burgers, salads and wings (with more than 30 kinds of sauce). The sides are picnic classics (potato salad, red beans & rice, baked beans, mac and cheese, and okra), as well as four flavors of french fries and jalapeno hush puppies. The original location in Grandview (11902 Blue Ridge) has 50-cent Wing Wednesdays. Here's hoping that promotion makes it downtown. Wing Busters is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
