First Watch opens new location in Overland Park

Posted By on Wed, Oct 10, 2012 at 9:15 AM

Pancakes keep nuclear families together.
Overland Parkians love their flapjacks. And First Watch understands this. The Florida-based breakfast chain opened its fourth OP location (and 11th overall in the Kansas City area) this week at 7301 W. 151st St. (next to Papa John's and Price Chopper).

You'll see a lot of fresh-fruit crepes and various iterations of egg dishes (omelets, skillets, breakfast burritos and eggs Benedict) coming out of the open kitchen. There are 10 varieties of pancakes. First Watch is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; breakfast is available the entire time, and the restaurant has free Wi-Fi.
