Black and Gold Club opens tonight in former News Room space

The News Room has left the building, but the stories are coming back to 3740 Broadway. The Black and Gold Club - the bar taking over the Broadway dive - opens tonight for New Year's Eve. The Pitch's David Hudnall broke the news earlier this month in his Streetside column, where he took a moment to remember that little pocket of midtown seediness. Here's to new beginnings on Broadway for 2013.
