The Natural will have grass-fed beef hamburgers, free-range chicken breasts, and hot dogs and bratwurst in natural casing. The nacho menu is also getting an overhaul with BBQ Pork Nachos (available at the Butcher Block concession stand) and Nachos Blancos made with white cheese sauce and red jalapeno peppers.
"The biggest change is that we're going back to Wimmer's hot dogs, which are made of beef and pork only and are gluten-free, and then we'll have a new specialty sausage that I think fans will enjoy," Centerplate Executive Chef Michael Johnson said in a release. "We'll also be offering BIGS Sunflower Seeds in plain and flavored."
In addition to the new concession items, the team and Centerplate are adding six shaded tables in the full-service area - 12 on each side of the main concourse. The T-Bones' home season opener is on Saturday, May 18, against Wichita.
