Charles Ferruzza reviewed River's Bend this week -- the restaurant that has taken over the former Power Plant space in Parkville. In this week's review, Charles Ferruzza finds Pho Hoa tucked away on the backside of a brick building on Independence Avenue. Stone Brewing Co. introduced its lineup to the Missouri market yesterday with a tasting at the Foundry, a kickoff for a week's worth of events.
