Re: “Scratched Off

"You know, I think I could understand if it was some hugantic SUV. Hell, I'd be there with you." Based on your own admission, you got what you deserve, bunghole.

Re: “Scratched Off

You probably parked like an asshole and deserve it! Or maybe you were talking on your cell phone, cut them off, and they followed you.

Re: “Scratched Off

I can totally feel your pain!!! I drive an older car its an 88 beretta in the last 2 years my car has been the subject of 3 different hit and runs. The last one occured while my car was parked in front of my home and it really is sad. I guess people feel that if its an older vehicle then they have the right to destroy other peoples property. But in fact I am a single mother of 3 kids and that just happens to be all I can afford at this time. People just have no kind of respect what so ever when it comes to other peoples property. I worked very hard to buy that car and it is what gets myself and my kids where we need to go. Hmmmm who wants to hit my car next???

Re: “Toe Away

Wait, you're a foot fetishist and don't want to see feet? Or you just don't want to see nasty feet? I wear sandals (stylish ones, from Bachrach and the like), have tanned feet with trimmed, non-fungal toenails (sorry, Sarah. No toenail polish). In fact, the very fact that I wear sandals in the summer is probably part of the reason I don't have fungus - feet like to breathe!

I agree with you in a certain respect - gnarled feet in public is almost as bad as fat people in shorts/midriffs (a MUCH more prevalent scourge). But I think you should be more selective on whom you call the Foot Gestapo on.

Re: “Toe Away

Let me start with THANK YOU, its about time someone put this is writing. I was just outside at work on my smoke break, and wanted to say the samething to this guy that had flip flops on. Being a single woman let me tell these men, FLIP FLOPS = TURN OFF!!! To me its not a very manly foot attire. It makes me think sissy! And I agree it turns my stomache, you flip floppers could atleast do something with your nasty feet. Like maybe some pink polish, lol.

Re: “Hey, Speeders

I agree I don't live in that area but I have lived on streets here in kc where they think that the speed limit signs are just there to take up space or it just a suggested speed limit and of course this wonderful city of ours has other things to do then to make sure that the pedestrians and children playing are not in any danger from a car going 45 in a 25..... I'm not saying that the police are not doing their jobs but come on how many dang parking meeter police do we need in the down town midtown area??? I live in brookside now and drive thew on my way to the Airport and everyday both morning and night I usually see 4 different parking meeter police, for god sake they would make more off of a couple of tickets in a residental area then they would giving out 10 parking tickets!!!!!

Re: “Hey, Weatherman

Well said!

Also, let's not forget that all this alarmism coming from our local weathermen is desensitizing us to the possibility of any real storm threats!!! When is the last time you really went to your basement when the alarms went off?

That's what I thought.
