Well it looks like Wilfrido Pujols is back out on the streets. I don't understand I thought he was going to do years in prison? and he had a public defender? Looks like he was innocent because I've never seen anyone walk away with a public defender without a felony. At least Ms. Cooper got all her money and can move on now.

This just in-Wilfrido Pujols is sitting in Jackson County Detention Center RIGHT NOW. He was picked up on the warrant and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 7/01/09 at 1:30 in front of Judge Bushur. Praise God! It's all catching up with him now. He has a $75,000 CASH ONLY bond on him, and he will have a public defender this time around. No slimy lawyer (Picerno) to come to his rescue.

Sorry, I meant the Wilfrido I knew would have NOT done these things he is being accused of. Most importantly though is there need for Mrs. Copper to stop with the racist comments and the attack on an entire family. Mrs. Copper, you have shown yourself to be angry, crude, rude, and racist. I cannot stand people who make those kind of racist comments about the Pujols family that you have made all over the internet. However, I don't think you would like it if people started calling your whole family racist trash just because you the individual is making racist statements.

Has Wilfrido Pujols been Indicted on these charges? I have looked through case.net but it really doesn't make any sense. They say the incident happened in July 2008 but charges weren't brought up until April 2009? These charges look pretty bogus to me. When someone commits a crime and is not arrested on that same day they get "indicted" if the prosecutor has enough evidence to present a jury. Seems like anyone can just be "charged" with anything. I cannot find an arrest report or an indictment anywhere on this certain incident. I know Wilfrido Pujols from baseball and I know for a fact he is a real good guy. Independence has a grudge against the Pujols family, mainly because of the ACCIDENT that happened on November 2007. ACA? 1st Degree Burglary? and only a bond of 75k???? Looks like they just want to bring hiom in for the PV hearing. A normal bond for a ACA alone is atleast 150k. Maybe they want him to pay your lawsuit Cheryl.
