Stinkin' delicious and large servings! I didn't like BBQ but I love this place! The smoked catfish sandwich is amazing!!
I've been eating at BB's since they opened in 1990 and have tried most of the items on the menu. They have never let me down on the quality of their brisket, burnt ends, turkey, or sausage. Their fries and beans are very good as well.

Great sandwiches.....beef, turkey, pork, all piled high, tender, juicy, and smoky with plenty of smoke ring. Great french fries from fresh cut potatoes fried in lard. Wonderful, rich & tangy beans. Burnt ends to die for !!
Fantastic Restaurant! A mix of class and great barbecue. Visited the Zona Rosa location for a business luncheon and it was a top notch place to meet. Great food and great service.. I see they were also voted Best Barbecue in the Kansas City Northland again. Great Job guys!
Great food, good portions, prices very reasonable with 99 cent kids meal on Sunday, and cheap beer. You won't find better bar-b-que for a better price anywhere!
Winslows has a new owner and new delicious food! I went there and had fried green beans and a yummy pulled pork sandwich that was to die for! The bartender was fabulous and we had a lot of fun!!! I recommend this to all who enjoy good drinks and good bbq!
Best Barbecue in Kansas City!
Oklahoma Joe's is the best BBQ in KC. Their ribs are huge and perfect. The Smokie Joe is a classic sandwich. The pulled pork and beef brisket is excellent. Burnt ends are available Wednesday evenings, delicious.
There's always a line, but it's worth standing around for a while to get the good stuff.

I've only eaten here at lunch, but I've never had a bad meal. Every day (M-F) they have a special. Burger and fries, chicken fingers, hot wings, etc. 5 bucks. Give them a shot, they're right off of Johnson drive and Merriam Drive

Great music, best ribs in KC, friendly people. What's not to like? Seriously, all the food was great, and the ribs were even better than Gates(which were terrific), and Bryant's (which were not). You sit at long communal tables and it turns into a big party. When I come back to KC, this is a place I will return to.

I like the atmosphere better at the one in Missouri but food is good here. Tried the burnt ends and they were moist and flavorful. My wife sent hers back as she thought they were too well done . Onion rings I know are a treadmark and they were okay with the house bbq sauce. I also tried the lamb ribs for the first time and I thought they were meaty and tasty. Coleslaw and beans were good too. Service was great. If we go BBQ, this is the place we bring people (like the last time my wife's best friend -she enjoyed her first kansas city bbq

You get what you pay for here. Huge sandwiches, great ribs, best burnt end dinner in the city. Huge piles of fries. This was the first TRUE KC BBQ that I ever went to. When I was about 12 yrs. old my brother stopped by there on the way back from the chiefs game. We got two beef sandwiches, two fries and two red cream sodas. I was instantly addicted to the sauce and the meat. The sauce is different from most KC BBQ sauces, its more tangy , not sweet, and gritty. Most ive talked to either love it or hate it. There is no middle ground. Try it for yourself, and see.

Had no problem paying the low cover charge of $5.00 to eat dinner. I was told the money went to the band which was amazing! The BBQ was the best I have had in the city so far and the service was spot on, thank you Allie! I give this place 5 stars because there is no place like this in the city that you can eat great food & see live bands that really know how to put on show! Thanks BB'S!!
