The sylists and people that work there are amazing. It is a cute little shop with nice products however the owner is rude and disrespectful! I don't know how she expects to have a successful business when she treats people the way she does. The atmosphere is "uptight" and you almost feel like your not allowed to speak!

The happy hour at the Raphael Lounge was a weekly affair. One happy hour at the Chaz and we are looking for a new place. Happy hour consist of $1 off wine and appetizers. We had the cheese plate for two and it was a joke. For $19 there was a small appetizer for one. No bread or crackers or mustard. Don't waste your time one this place. Music was ok but far too loud. We mentioned this to the waiter but nothing happened. It is a small area and the loud music made it impossible to talk.

Flea Market like. Prices were all over the board and I couldn't get much help when I wanted to purchase a large piece that needed to be unloaded.

The owner is a joke and a compulsive liar. Please beware he double books dates then wants to scam to have you pay more to secure your date over someone else. Bad construction going on around the building that gets guest cars dirty. Really not worth your time here.

Re: “Culinary Center of Kansas City”
Great cooking classes...horrible customer service. In the past two years, we have had 5 classes cancel on us and 2 reschedule with minimal notice. This is more than half of the classes that we have enrolled in. Perhaps we pick poor choices, but we are getting tired of having our plans change. The refund policy, especially for rescheduled classes is also crazy.
