Re: “Mingle

Fresh interesting small plates (Drunken Sliders and Ahi Tacos are outstanding), 100+ beer choices, fun eclectic decor, and newly added outdoor seating, just in time for summer. One of our favorite LS eateries!

Re: “Club Sparks

I love club Spark and, love the owner..the negative comments seems to be about the same incident. You will have unfortunate issues anywhere, this isn't common for this place. I've been a million times, had a bday party there years back and, plan to again before end of year! Small setting but, great drinks and music.

Re: “Nick and Jake’s

The best parts are the friendly staff, good basic food, well managed by staff, and being more than a sports bar. This may lift the curse of the location, especially with the influx of added population and more demand across the street. There has a cozy neighborhood feeling without needing the hype to make it seem that way.

Re: “Edokko Japanese Restaurant

Have eaten here several times with family and friends, the food is amazing, sometimes the service is not the greatest, but the food makes up for the young wait staff.

Re: “Tower Tavern

The food is more bistro than sports bar. They serve wings that are good but the sandwiches are better. And it is more than just a burger or chicken.

The servers are friendly and efficient. There are plenty of screens and they usually don't blare the music too loud to prevent conversations.

Re: “The Hideout

Love the Blues jams on Sundays! Great food & great people. Even though it's not 'smoke-free' it has never been smokey the times I have been there and I am even allergic to cigarette smoke. The only drawback is you may not find a place to sit sometimes.
