Del Hedgepath, owner of Del Properties, is one of the most notorious slumlords in Kansas City, as told to me by two different law firms. I live in the Normandy downtown and was told the stove and refrigerator was going to be replaced in my apartment and that it would be cleaned. On moving day nothing had been done and now three months later I am withholding rent from this asshole until these things are replaced. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not rent from these people. Their maintenance is awful. Nothing ever gets done right. Truly terrible experience with them so far, and it's only been a few weeks.
