Re: “Killa City: August 2010 victims and accused

For the Record. says: Let's see Taxpayers. 1)Kansas City, MO police officer in the Internal Affairs division was cited with careless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol while crashing police car. 2)KCPD Detention Officer Charged With Promoting Prostitution. 3)Former KCPD Officer Holmes Awarded $6.5 Million In Lawsuit for race discrimination, whistle blowing and breach of contract. 4)The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department has launched an investigation into the hiring practices of the Kansas City Police 5) 25-Year Police Veteran Charged with Sexual Assault 6 )KCPD deploys plain-clothes police throughout downtown in an effort to crack down on jaywalkers during NAACP convention. Think theres a problem in KCPD. And KCPD wants us to extend the Public Safety sales tax for 15 years!!!!!!!!!!! VOTE NO.

Re: “"That'll Do Pig": Bacon Fest 2010

I respect the right of vegans and veggies to choose not to eat bacon / meat...it simply means more for me. And if the factory farm doesn't provide it, I'll kill it myself.

Re: “"That'll Do Pig": Bacon Fest 2010

The people from Wendy's tried to help them. They brought giant strips of bacon to the circus protest.

Re: “"That'll Do Pig": Bacon Fest 2010

Ben, they look so sad because they are aware of the inherent cruelty involved in factory farming. Pigs are very intelligent animals. No one needs to eat bacon.

Re: “One Night in Westport... (NSFW)

Yep, this is pretty typical Westport after 10pm. Nice in the day, yes a number of OUTSTANDING restaurants, and a few other cool shops, but at night this is pretty much what it looks like. All that's missing is all the Emo freaks, vagrants, and stumbling drunkards (oh I guess you did catch a FEW of those). Sadly there's really no reason to go to Westport of an evening anymore, ratty venues with infested bathrooms packed with ghetto blight is about all you get. Let's face it, everyone knows Power and Light killed Westport, there's no where for the urban kids to go, and if you can't afford P&L, you're better off at home with your own (affordable) PBR. Not to mention EVERY time I go to Westport I end up with something broken on my car from people messing with it, or drunk idiots stumbling into it. Only thing that surprises me is there hasn't been MORE shootings than there's already been.

Re: “"That'll Do Pig": Bacon Fest 2010

Why do the protesters look so sad and the bacon eaters look so happy? Maybe they need to eat some bacon.
