Re: “A closer look at the Feds' crackdown on two KC-based predatory lenders

this actually pisses me off to know that cwb was still in business up until now. last year cwb was over on central ave in kcmo and we were all laid off and told that we would be called back to work if they would open back up now im hearing that they were open with all new employees. these people who run that place should burn in hell, playing around with their employees. they knew their company was janky and they continued to string us along. assholes

Re: “A lawsuit says a Hutchinson company with ties to KC's payday-lending industry uses some nasty tactics

The question about payday loans is very popular today. But I still can not understand the problem. The person can not get appropriate monetary help from the bank, because he or she has no credit history or a bad one, and this unreliable client goes to the service like that http://quickandeasyloanservice.com/ and this financial service give the necessary amount of money. To protect the interests of investors they set a strict rules. And I think it is a normal practice. Why is nobody surprised when the banks just refuse to help such people?

Re: “A lawsuit says a Hutchinson company with ties to KC's payday-lending industry uses some nasty tactics

These collection tactics are absolutely shameful. It was interesting to learn though why these payday loan operations charge such high interest. "If you're an online payday lender, 30 percent of the people you loan money to will immediately default. Imagine how much an owner of a deli would need to charge if 1/3rd of his customers ordered a sandwich then refused to pay and walked out. Not saying its right, but if that happened in my business I would be tempted to hire someone to chase those people down on the sidewalk after they left my place and scare the crap out of them at a minimum. Some of these people I'm sure are truly victims but I am guessing many of them are probably not.

Tactics exist to successfully NOT repay private student loans and credit card debt. Author “The Art of Debt Guerrilla Warfare, how to beat debt collectors when your back is against the wall.”

I wonder if any of these companies donated to Kevin Yoder's campaign as you reported on October 2nd, 2014.

Re: “Lawrence art hub Wonder Fair forms a PAC for moderate Kansas candidates

Admitting that it looks easy proves my point. It's irrelevant how much time and effort was involved in creating this. The only procedure used that might require skills beyond grade school would be reassigning colors to the clipart.

Re: “Lawrence art hub Wonder Fair forms a PAC for moderate Kansas candidates

And since when is a clipart collage considered fine art?? She wants to "restore" hot air balloons and Native Americans shooting bows and arrows? If a Republican had come up with this it would probably be considered racist or promoting White Privilege.

WalMart
Hilton Hotels
Hershey's chocolates
Macy's department stores
Heinz ketchup"

There are alot of negative numbers on this report, but LOOK AT THE ACTUAL INCOME and overall business operations. SUB PENNIES ARE HISTORY!! I am considering writing APT a check to wipe the 6 million deficit off the books. It all depends on the out come of this: Other Legal issues

?

Re: “A local penny stock gets pinched by the SEC

Troy Coney still sounds like a loser. But MTVX APT sounds like a winner when you consider all they hype they're getting from thismotoped deal. If only the SEC would step in and make Pink Sheet trading companies respect their investors and release some info. They won't step in until Pinks hit $.0001. By that time, it's too late for investors and the company trades on the Grey market. Then investors get absolutely ZERO information rather than the PR every few weeks. Watch it happen with APT.

Re: “A local penny stock gets pinched by the SEC

There is more to this story..... The company is having growings pains, but will succeed and make it big. They just purchased Motoped, a cross between a motorcycle and a mountain bike, a new idea with a cult following already.
