Jeffery Jewell as I last knew it is a resource officer at the Blue Springs School district still after the district is aware of the accusations and his past work history and police records threatening his girlfriend stated in a article or document. Jewell is a liability to any district he is with in my opinion.

Your're right John, all of the "douchebags" left Westport... and they took their cash with them! Now all all you have is thugs and hobos reluctant to spend money. Before you Westport folks jump all over me, I prefer most of the Westport bars to the P&L. I spent most of my early 20s in Wesptort and used to work within walking distance. I've since moved but I'm just calling it as I saw it last time I was there.

Actually, Kansas has always been a little, or a lot, behind the times with its Victorian liquor laws. I grew up with the stupid club laws, which were ineffectual at best. However, I kind of like the silly happy hour laws of Kansas because, with their usual lack of foresight, they have given us all day happy hours so that, instead of getting sloshed for a few hours a day, I can go into a given bar and drink cheep all day. Doesn't that promote over indulging more than the little two or three hour happy hour.
