I am astonished why stealing fruit from a person yard, dumping trash on the street, leaving baby diapers in parking lot. not flushing toilet paper in our restrooms. If you want to live in this country abide to are codes of sanitation. I love cultural but can't stand deliberate excuse that they don't know any better.
