Re: “Wreck Broker

Are you kidding me? I was not aware that someone selling a car was clairvoyant. Now if the car had a salvage title-that's kind of a different story - it wouldn't take much 'crystal balling' to figure that one out. However, what if there was no salvage title and the damage wasn't disclosed to the dealer? Are they supposed to pull out the old crystal ball? There may be laws, but "buyer beware". If you want to know more about the vehicle or if you suspect some additional damage - then take it to have it inspected - do your homework. I'm not personally familiar with this particular case, however I have watched Mr. Brown in action. He uses a lot of unscrupulous tactics in the courtroom and usually gets away with it because no one knows how to handle him. I once heard him make an outrageous statement saying the defendants had made remarks against the plaintiff's religion. That statement was obviously not true and caught the defendants off guard. Brown quickly asked the judge to disregard the statement, but the damage was done because the jury heard it - you should have seen the jury faces-it was written all over them what they thought of those ugly old defendants speaking badly of the plaintiff's religion! I'm all for my attorney using everything he/she has to win a case, but if you have to get it by that kind of dog and pony show and those kinds of untruths - well, I personally don't want it.

Re: “If It Ain't Broke

as you can see the City is mismanaged by a bush of people with no common sense. They hire their friends and relatives for jobs they are not qualified for. These people draw a paycheck and have no idea of why they are there, they steal from the State and no one notices. I saw a Judge (Robert Trout, Independence MO) tell several Black Tenants they had no rights, because him and the landlord were friends. This Judge basically told Tenants they did not have the right to basic living, no heat, no windows, holes in floor ( one lady refrigerator fell through her kitchen floor and she had a broken foot from falling down broken stairs (three people who did not know each other, never seen each other told the same story about the landlord (John Murphy, Slumlord) and his friend Judge Trout told them all the same thing (ie. this is my friend and I will find in his favor no matter what, give him the money and get out of here) What a State, because of not putting the people in the right positions the City of Kansas City has lost it school accreditation, does this not tell you something. Friends should stay friends and never become employee's. This place needs new management, Just looking at the City Counsel meetings makes me sick to think these are buddies and in a State where education is so low that accreditation can be taken away, and the neighboring Cities do everything necessary to keep the students out of their schools says a lot about this State, doesn't it?

Re: “Wreck Broker

Ya know, I don't like to beat up on someone when they are already down, but good gawd-- the greed of some folks really irritates me. Our child was in school with the Balderston children at Pembroke Hill (about 5th or 6th grade) and their little girl had accidentally ripped her pants while playing at our home with about 5 other classmates. The Balderston's (the parents) actually had the nerve to call me up on the phone and demand we pay half the price of their daughter's jeans because they had just purchased them at Nordstrom's for $140. We just assumed they were broke-ass poor. I about died when I later pulled up to their lovely home a few weeks later to drop my child off for a sleep over. The home was quite lovely. They were not poor at all. Just cheap!! I mean, who in the world would do that? Come on! Too weird---just greedy folks. No decorum or shame about themselves at all. Jeeze!

Re: “Site Your Sources

This article is showing good representation regarding software overviews. But do you know every steps of developing should be taken carefully by us. We are introducing eCommerce platforms Magento, prestashop and others. It allows users to enable their customers to access their eCommerce sites on mobile platforms. With Magento there is an obvious solution - Multi-Store.

Re: “Stop the Violence ... Later

I want to help. I will train the mediators for free. I teach Mediation at Avila University and I have been practicing Transformative Mediation for 17 years professionally. I think the training design is critical. I'm not pretending to know what special skills a gang mediator needs. If a former gang member or a gang expert was willing to work with me, we could design a mediation training that would equip these mediators for these unique situations. I think we should train volunteers, people who have a mission because they have lost family members to gang violence. Contact me at: Peggy@mediateworkplaceconflict.com

Re: “Love Never Dies

Chris was my best friend. My Mother and Father introduced Ed n Sueanne to each other. The wallet was actually found (planted) at Ranchmart, up the street from where they lived.

Re: “Repo Men

OMG.. I bought a car from them in 1999. Car was worth about $4300 (dealer value) not trade value and bc of my poopy credit and situation I paid over 14,000 for this car.

Please PLEASE PLEASE... THINK TWICE, before buying a car there... It was nothing but royal pain. Just think that you will be buying THREE cars.

What about Chris? Where's the story on him. Not his death but his life....What was he like? What would his friends say? I didn't know him, but the kids at Indian Creek JR High must have some memories of him.

Re: “Oral Argument

In Los Angeles Butt Augmentation is performed to enhance the shape of the buttocks using implants, to achieve a fuller, shapelier figure. During the buttock augmentation procedure, the buttock muscle (gluteus maximus) is lifted up and a pocket is made just large enough for the implant. Most patients are pleased with the outcome and find they gain a feeling of increased self-confidence, especially when wearing those more revealing clothes.

The decision to take care of America's health shouldn't be a debate. The decision to go to war should be a debate.

So, I'm wondering if Mr. Matzdorff is still taking his coffee at Pat's after he plead Guilty in Federal Court to the alleged charges?
