Time to hire a lawyer and take the Highway Patrol to federal court for civil rights violation. Clear case of harassment. Many Midwest states make it straight forward to register ATVs as street legal. This story describes several law enforcement agencies who apparently believe they are beyond the control of civil government. Civil government hasn't shown any indication of taking back control. So, now it's up to the Federal judges.
I hope the victim doesn't roll over in the face of these out of control LE officers. Whoever took the plates is guilty of theft!

Waco Carpenter has been living in Kearney, NE. and scamming all the people in the small towns. I was a victim. I gave him a check to help "His" boys after he showed me clippings about US Mission. After he left my store I began wondering and pursued this with our local police, the County sheriff's office, the state patrol and the police officer in Kearney, NE. where they knew he resided. I was told he wouldn't solicit in Kearney because they were watching him. I hope someone sees this message and finds him and gets him out of Nebraska!!!

How on earth is it taking away from Woman's rights to give to places that help some women who choose toexercise their RIGHT to give birth? Are not all these "pro women, prochoice" women really behind THEIR own beliefs about choice or are they only giving lip service and only pro half the choices of women.
Is this any different then parents provide food for their children although they, being vegetarians do not wish to offer meat to their children, do we bad mouth them or only if they hold Christian beliefs.
Can some of these pro choice people get any sillier???

It was a big mess at the small parking lot of the church on RD Mize. A huge traffic jam up and down the side streets and my kids were near the front of the parade. It was awful. Thank you, Chamber of Commerce for your stupdity and greed.
