Re: “Batter Up!

And this piece of trash has now committed another crime: http://www.tcpalm.com/news/2009/mar/29/bathroom-stop-didnt-prevent-arrest-port-st-lucie-m/ It never stops with this low life loser.

Re: “Batter Up!

Nope, I know who I'm talking about. Wilfrido Pujols was in the car that night with his brother. He could have stopped the whole thing, but he didn't. He then proceeded to lie to the police and try to get away with it. He was charged with fleeing the police. He also has a city warrant out for his arrest on a domestic abuse charge. I saw the pictures of the woman he hit with a closed fist. He also has a warrant for his arrest stemming from violating his probation for a property damage charge from 2006. Don't come here and tell me he's a good guy. You don't know what you're talking about. If he ever comes back to Missouri, he will be arrested. I'll make sure of it.

Re: “Batter Up!

I believe you have him mistaken for the other Pujols guy. This guy runs his own website called pujolsbaseball.com. It's pretty nice with rare pictures of Albert Pujols!

Re: “Dead to Fred

I, rather incomprehensibly, find myself feeling sorry for you, Mr. Hockenbarger.
You have been offered an exit to what is more or less a hate-filled and ultimately self-destructive cult, and yet you appear to refuse the chance of your own freedom.

Or have you invested so much that should the cult die, you'd happily die alongside it?

Re: “Batter Up!

This loser is now an accomplice in the murder of my son Christopher. He got kicked out of baseball for fighting, and now has violated his probation on a property damage charge and is also facing domestic violence charges. Lock him up.

Re: “I Worked at Kmart With John McCain’s Director of Strategy

BIG CHARTS. SEANTOR MCCAIN HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET THE WORD(S) ACROSS TO THE AMERICAN POPULATION VIS HIS SPEECHES. WELL, IT IS HARD TO SINK IN ISSUES UNLESS THEY ARE SHOWN IN CHART FORM.

I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT THE MCCAIN CAMPAIGN CONSIDER PREPARING A BIG CHART THAT THE PERSON IN THE FARTHEST BACK ROW CAN SEE AND USE IT TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERNCES OF HIMSELF VS OBAMA ON SUCH ISSUES AS THE DIVERSE TAX PROGRAMS, THEIR VIEWS ON ABORTION, HOW THEY VOTED ON DIFFERENT ISSUES. HAVE TWO COLUMNS, FOR EXAMPLE/

MCCAIN OBAMA

SERVED IN MILITARY
YES NO

TIME AS US SENATOR
22 YEARS 6 MOS

VOTED TO MAKE ENGLISH THE NATIONAL LANGUAGE
YES NO

SUPPORTS ABORTION THROUGHOUT THE PREGNANCY
NO YES

SUPPORTS GUN OWNERSHIP RIGHNTS

YES NO

SUPPORTS HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE
NO YES

VOTED TO GIVE SOC SCTY TO ILLEGALS
NO YES

THEN A CHART SHOWING INCOME LEVELS AND TAXES UNDER MCCAIN AND THEN OBAMA BY CATEGORY(MARRIED/SINGLE) INCOME AND AMOUNT OF TAXES UNDER EACH ONE[S PLAN.

VISUAL AID IS NECESSARY TO GET THESE COMPLEX ISSUES INTO THE SKULLS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS REGOMMENDATION.

Re: “I Worked at Kmart With John McCain’s Director of Strategy

Great article. I really enjoyed reading it especially how you slipped between memories of teenage antics working at the Kmart and what she's doing today.

I am surprised that she gave you that interview. It seems that some -- maybe paranoid -- people wouldn't want to be seen as vulnerable.

I appreciate a good feature story.

Re: “An atheist soldier from Fort Riley says his higher-ups in Iraq didn’t like his non-Christian ways

I feel for this soldier that his faith was lost due to
the dispicable acts of this government and our corrupt
administration that got these men into this mess in the
first place. I hope for his sake that he will find a way
to belive again in the fact that there is a Higher Power
and the situations we are currently in are not the belief
of our Supreme Maker but the total disregard we have for
another human life. What a shame that God always take
the brunt of our poor choices.

Re: “An atheist soldier from Fort Riley says his higher-ups in Iraq didn’t like his non-Christian ways

As long as folks are pointing out Bible verses lets all take a close look at the very last book of the Bible and the words of Christ spoken there.

Christians are commanded to evangelize .. "to SHARE the GOOD NEWS" .. but there is a world of difference between "sharing" and "prosteletyzing". Revelations 22:11 says; "He who is unrighteous (unjust, wicked), let him be unrighteous still; and he who is filthy (vile, impure), let him be filthy still; and he who is righteous (just, upright, in right standing with God), let him do right still; and he who is holy, let him be holy still."

In short, tell the story of the Gospel and then let people make their own decisions to follow or now. Attempts to convert the wicked is in direct violation of Christ's word!

Zoe #10:

From the Sermon on the Mount, Christ's words as written in Matthew 6:5-6 (KJV):

5. And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

6. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

So when you pray, take care that it's between you and your Creator, not you and the rest of the world.

Christ exhorts his people to separate the Church and the State when questioned by the Pharisees as to whether paying tribute to Caesar was lawful, from Matthew 22:18-22:

18. But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?

19. Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.

20. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?

21. They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

22. When they had heard these words, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.

Your own Savior has commanded his followers to separate Church and State, and maintain a private relationship with their Creator. None of Paul's exhortation's to evangelize supersede that. The Constitution says the same thing. How marvelous that both Christ and the Constitution endorse religion staying a private matter, and no business of the State!
