Re: “Great Mall of the Great Plains will close later this year

I am going to terribly miss the Bath And Body Works Outlet within the mall. It is the ONLY BBW OUTLET in Kansas City ,Ks. I go there very often. Definitely can't save money going to a regular BBW. I hope a new outlet is opened somewhere in KCK.

Re: “Talking with Gilbert Gottfried about juggalos and podcasts ahead of his shows at the KC Improv this weekend

I thought it meant he held a seance with Boris Karloff's spirit.

Re: “Liver and onions: Yes, you can still find the dish in KC

Liver is cheap... I can't imagine paying $11.99 for it with a couple sides and a roll.

Re: “Erik Wullschleger, director of LiveKC, discusses getting millennials involved, wanting people kayaking in the Missouri River and more in The Pitch Questionnaire

Sounds like a hipster when being a hipster was cool. His events are awful and he seems like a condescending prick. I love the idea of KC doing more things but the way he delivers the message is terrible.

Re: “Lutfi's Fried Fish is cookin' on 63rd Street

I love eating at Lufti's Fish Place : Every time I come to Kansas City me and my family eat at this Restaurant. His staff and the cooks are very professional and they always have a smile on their faces.

@el jeffe -- My error in transcribing the interview. It was Karloff's daughter. Fixed now.

Boris Karloff died in 1969. Was that supposed to be a joke?

Re: “Jazz Beat: Stephanie, at the Broadway Jazz Club

Stephanie Moor's stage presence and voice command from highs to lows will have your toe tapping and on the edge of your seats. Last I saw her at the Broadway Jazz Club she was wearing an all black jumpsuit splashed with color by wearing two different charmeuse silk scarves by Paula Winchester, KC local artist entrepreneur. Google on: paula winchester kickstarter to see her project.

Re: “Does Kansas City really want Menards?

Olathe already has Home Depot X 2, Lowes, and Sutherlands. Now a Menards?
Will they have all the tax breaks Bass Pro got? The home improvement stores will soon outnumber the water parks. The only people left paying taxes in Olathe are the unfortunate people who live there.

Re: “Does Kansas City really want Menards?

Violating environmental regulations? The streets are littered with trash and cops do absoutely nothing about it. They watch people litter and never stop them. Menards throws some boards in the trash and they are now environmental polluters? This country is FUBAR.

Re: “Does Kansas City really want Menards?

Waiting for years to have Menards come to KC. Arsenic must be from sawing treated lumber (no one makes that now), throwing in trash that's bad the insects will avoid that for years! We the people throw that in the trash also (wear a dust mask when sawing treated lumber) and I'm sure at a much larger quantity.
