These are definitely good and this place is a lesser known BBQ joint, but a must try. My sub category of this vote - Best Lamb ribs - Jack Stack all day.

I think LC's is the best bang for the buck for BBQ in KC.
You couldn't have picked a better place for burnt ends than LC's. I don't know about the fatty part though.........I've had burnt ends there MANY times and they have never been fatty
Whoever wrote this doesn't know what they are talking about! I just left Jack Stack as a line cook and ALL of their fish is hickory grilled (as stated ON THE MENU), they just baste some of it with a bbq glaze (the salmon, nor any fish, IS NOT smoked). This is a common misconception, but you must try the chilean seabass if you don't feel like their real bbq!

I don't know about their pork but the meal I had at Oklahoma Joe's ( brisket sandwich, fries, beans, and spicy slaw ) was all rather ordinary. Too much hype and too little great barbeque.
