I wish they kept the pork tenderloin sandwich from the old Preservation Market menu, it was literally the best sandwich I'd ever had.

Twas Delicious. There is a pickle cocktail that I have to get now every single time. Can't go wrong with sips and apps. Go charcuterie plate!

I would like to try this place again, I just hope whomever was cooking for them in February is gone because my first 2 experiences here were awful.

First time I got the cheesesteak mac and cheese. It was cooked through, but ice cold. It was as if they had it in the fridge and didn't bother warming it up before serving.

Second time, my burger was raw. Not medium rare, or rare (which is BS anyways since all ground beef should be cooked to 160F). It was straight up raw. The waitress was gagging at sight of it. Unfortunately they didn't bother to fix me a new one after showing her, they just took it off the bill.

I know you all just consider me a Pitch comment section troll, but this place really could have been something special considering how excellent Local Pig East Bottoms and Pigwich are. I hope they've got some better line cooks since February. Instead it was the worst 2 dining out experiences I've had in KC. Maybe all the focus was being put towards Cleaver and Cork
