Having just watched this twice as I live in Montana and would love to have something to help with finding him. I too think it is odd that he would chose to get his tire fixed and abandon it just down the road. I myself would be talking again to the guy who fixed his tire, did he talk to anyone else there at Wheatland? Was there searches on his computer? If he loved the mountains he wouldn't chose Billings, Bozeman maybe or Missoula. Look into jobs that are day jobs and may not look into his background. I hope they find him, and straighten out whatever was troubling him. At his age with what his family and friends said about his charactor, the trouble he got into was a big deal to him.
