Re: “Pearl Jam's guitarist talks about his "other" band

This guy asked good questions and some of these replies were pretty interesting. There HAS to be more of this interview floating around somewhere. I'm so glad they're coming to KC!

Re: “Pearl Jam's guitarist talks about his "other" band

Easily one of the most underrated bands of the 90s. These guys all do so much other stuff it's sick to think about how big the would have been if they were touring and putting out records every couple of years. Can't wait for the show!

Re: “Chris Cosgrove plans to take sound engineering beyond the studio

As a transplanted Brooklynite, thank god for people like Cosgrove who believes in and is trying to promote the music scene in KC. He is right, there are great bands in this town that will not get the recognition they deserve simply because they are from kansas city. How lucky are the local bands here to have someone out there rallying for them and the music scene here?! I am not quite sure what the writer was trying to say but she managed to put out an ill informed half ass article and with tools like mike & harry commenting here, anger and negativity like yours will only make it even harder for good talent to get recognized. And sadly bands will continue to leave KC because douchebags like y’all have your head up your asses.

Re: “Chris Cosgrove plans to take sound engineering beyond the studio

this article is the Kansas City editorial/music scene in a nutshell: fantastic person doing a wonderful thing for a great local music scene being misrepresented for sake of 'the story'.

I have known chris personally for many, and he cares more about the KC music scene than you can imagine, and talks up the talent of Kansas City on a national level ever chance he gets.

not like anybody would give this credibility, but please don't let this article in any way cast a negative light on what Chris, and the staff of Prairie Fire Entertainment, are working so hard to give the musicians of kansas city.

Re: “Chris Cosgrove plans to take sound engineering beyond the studio

Hey, Mike, you sound like a jackass. This guy is trying to put KC's music scene on the map and maybe get some great local bands well deserved national attention. Or God forbid make them some money by placing their songs in movies or television shows. What the fuck are you doing? Maybe you and Harry should have a Matrix marathon?

Re: “Kredulous

Ha Ha wow, this review is banana's kid. Really now? I have just been reading each comment, and wow! I personally like the album, its pretty sicc. When reading the review it clearly tells me that the reviewer didn listen to the album. If by my mistake he did then "Damn" you need a hug or something kyle...Even Jason has the nerve to say 4 out 10 and also say that he hasnt heard all the album, How you do that bro? I encourage all listeners or readers of the article to check the album out. No worries kred, im an artist too and the pitch gave me a rather rude review but nothing like this. you got skills kid, head up!

Re: “Kredulous

Very Nice CD, I just saw Kred Perform at "The Eclipse" Nightclub in Gladstone! Amazing performance! So in sync with each other. Lots of energy! I definitely recommend seeing this kid live! Go Get the Album too!
