My wife and I order from the Marco's up north all the time- blows away all the other pizza delivery joints in the area.
I'm hopeful that this transition can give them the boost they'll need to overcome the curse of that location...it's the first restaurant in that spot in the past 7 years that has put out consistently good enough food to get our repeat business and also peel off some Nick and Jake's traffic. They do a lot of things very well- their social media presence is smart and consistent, the beer and bourbon selection seems to be pretty nerd friendly, the daily specials can be fantastic, and that burger blend they're getting from McGonigle's is a rock solid platform on which to build. If the menu is going to get even bigger it's going to have to be way more cohesive with some thought put into "signature" items...the apps are all over the place and the non-burger entrees tend to be the meat equivalent of standby dishes restaurants will keep on the menu in case a vegetarian shows up. I really think they can stay for the long haul if they rebuild their baseline and stick with it.

It doesn't surprise me born and raised in waldo I was taught to be aware and welcome others we used to shovel the elderly peoples side walks, if some one moved onto our block we welcomed them with small house warming gifts if some on on the block went in for surgery mom would make a casserole. When we realized vegetarians were just trying to be nice to themselves and animals it fit right in with who we are.

The "office" at 2 Pershing Square is the address of a Regus virtual office for hire. Does anyone else think it a little bit shady that a huge government contractor with a brand name like Booz Allen Hamilton uses Regus virtual offices that cost $99 a month?
