The wolf looks cool. What's next, a flying pig?

"Lucy" is referred to as a Beatles cover in text. Typo in the setlist. We'll get it fixed, thanks.

Re: “Miley Cyrus dropped a lot of f-bombs and sang like a maniac last night at the Sprint Center

Since nothing parenthetical after "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" I guess I am to take it that she, much like THE BEATLES, has an original song with that title?

Re: “Another poll shows Sam Brownback trails Paul Davis

Yup, retirement is near and since I already work in KCMO it's time to make the move closer to the lake. Kansas tax rates (sales, property, income, etc) for ordinary people are gonna go through the roof, regardless of who wins the election. Especially when more and more decent wage earners abandon the state.

Re: “Ikea to open Merriam store on September 10

That has to be the ugliest box store ever. Think I will wear a short skirt and no undies and wet on some furniture. Maybe make a mini-series with similiar acts. Anyone want to co-star in my film?

Re: “Stanford's Comedy Club has closed its Legends location, plans to reopen in Overland Park

This town is not known for show biz but there is show biz talent somewhere in every town. In order for that talent to present itself there has to be a place where the talent can be discovered and produced. New emerging comic talent has to have a venue. Moving Stanford's out that far west probably was not such a good idea. Overland Park has a more central location within the metro making a easier commute for people on the cities east side (KCMO etc).

I do not believe that the Glazer's are the sole reason for there recent failed business endeavor's. I believe if local amateur comic acts stepped their game up and gave the community something to be entertained by the Glazer's recent misfortunes would subside. I'm very happy to here their back!

Re: “Another poll shows Sam Brownback trails Paul Davis

Same here. I have been a registered Republican since 1976. I am now branded as a RINO by the lunatic right wing fringe. I would like to see Brownback and his entire tea party legislature get kicked out this fall, but I am not confident that will happen.

Re: “Another poll shows Sam Brownback trails Paul Davis

My reason for living in Kansas went away in July. I really want to move closer to my work in Missouri but I'm staying through the elections just to vote against Brownback.

Re: “Judge Bryan Round is a lot like former Police Board defender Bryan Round

Because the city's justice system, from police officers to judges, is completely f***ed. Hopefully more people will wake up and notice the real state of things. I once believed that Kansas City was better than this, but this past year has shown me that things here are no better than the worst areas in the country.

Re: “Judge Bryan Round is a lot like former Police Board defender Bryan Round

Judges and prosecutors need to be held accountable when they fuck up, instead of NEVER having to admit they're wrong.

I pity anyone that comes before this judge. Yer basically fucked.

My problem with brunches is that I'm a morning pooper. I couldn't bring myself to drop a bomb at a place like CaVa.

Re: “Judge Bryan Round is a lot like former Police Board defender Bryan Round

Why was a case against an officer of the KCPD assigned to a guy that used to be the KCPD attorney?

On a totally unrelated note, does anybody else find these "viral videos" of cops playing ball and dancing with our urban youth to be an obvious PR campaign? Or am I really paranoid? Could be both.

Do these strippers accept air money as tips?

Coming in September, see the first air jack-hammering contest. (A different kind of hammering than you'd see at the Sex Championship.)
