The Pitch's guide to Kansas' shift from far right to very wrong 

This past September, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, a nonprofit research group in Washington, D.C., found that Kansas’ reductions in public spending on education are the fourth-most in the nation, behind only Alabama, Arizona and Oklahoma.
