Manifesto/Bio

I love food. I have spent most of my life in the business of feeding others through various positions in various fine and casual dining restaurants. I love to cook and I love to eat and I love to share my experiences with others. I love to find the hidden gems in a city and am just as happy eating at a taco stand as a Michelin restaurant.
