    Teocali
    Though best known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, Teocali, in downtown’s Dutch Hill neighborhood, is a popular destination for a gaggle of different after-work drinkers, including Truman Medical Center students, UMKC dental students and neighborhood residents. The early-starting happy hour (3:30-6 p.m.), margarita specials (including more than 40 different tequilas), not-too-loud music and cozy window seating make for a comfortable, low-stress way to end to a long day.
