Cool news, but hopefully they relax on their pricing a little - otherwise, they'll never be able to compete with Zeb's.
I'd be interested if this actually made it to court, but I seriously doubt it will given the shaky story from Klosed Kustody. Sounds like somebody just wants to take a little piece of Tech's pie because they have neither the talent nor the hustle to get on his level themselves.
One of these things is not like the other... seriously though, how did a musician who is known mostly for solo work and has only been on the KC music scene about a year get this gig? Where is Marva Whitney? Where is Ida McBeth? Hell, where are the Good Foot and HOD? Was there a Robert Johnson-esque crossroads deal going down here?
Good points are made here, but I think that this is something that has been on the minds of many chefs in KC lately. However, all of the rules and regulations governing the presence of food carts in Kansas City are restrictive at best. Until they are relaxed and redrawn, Kansas City simply can't encourage a vibrant street food culture like the aforementioned cities.
You (and he) lost me at Linkin Park.

Re: “Big Scoob digs deeper on Damn Fool”
Nice to see Scoob get some shine, but anyone who relegates Tech N9ne to the more outlandish aspects of his persona and chooses to do so twice in an article about a completely different rapper (albeit one on Tech's label) shouldn't be writing about rap music in Kansas City.
