Cool, maybe they can make something out of it.  Both time we went the food was just okay and the staff was rude and snotty.  The staff at Bluestem has always been super nice.

Grilled cheese should be butter, bread, and cheese.  Just like BBQ should contain ZERO cheese!!!  I'm all for different breads and cheeses but once other ingredients enter the mix it is no longer a grilled cheese imho.

I hate to say it because I don't really like his California dude shtick but I really like Diners Drive Ins and Dives. Probably because those are the kind of places I like to eat.

It's always grilling season at my house. Now I won't grill in a blizzard or if it's 20 below. I smoked 12 slabs of ribs on Christmas day this year.
