I think it's a craft. Just like a craftsman can make a piece of furniture that is considered art by others it is a craft to the person who built it.

The KCMO health department has addressed this many times including a recent article in the star. The have told me in the past with a market this small that is does more damage then good. You can check out everyone's reports on their website.

We have pretty crazy parties..I'll admit they've toned down a bit in the last few years though. One year we had a young cook who was getting a lot of attention from the female servers in the wine room and another employee's husband, whom we all found creepy, thought thought it was appropriate to ask the girls to hike their skirts up while he snapped pictures....needless to say the fun ended quickly.
