My guess is that Aletha thinks that her husband is guilty, but fucked in the head. He obviously has a history of violence, possibly due to being a victim of abuse/abandoment at an early age, so she probably feels sympathy for him. His supporters seem to be jaded, and I can see them all placing the blame on the system that 'failed' him as a child. It will be interesting to see what the defense has to say...
i agree with kaity, the death penalty would be an end to his personal hell on earth. and too easy. he needs to sit in jail and think about he's done--not just to kelsey but to his wife and son. he needs to think about his son everyday & know that he chose to succumb to EVIL OVER HIS FAMILY.
agg. kidnapping in ks constitues some kind of sexual assault that leads to foul play; he's def. getting the death penalty
jme: in ks, 'aggravated kidnapping' includes sexual assault that either leads to death or is a factor in death. while they haven't come right out & said what horrific sexual assault took place, the implications in the agg. kid. charge are pretty hefty. she was found nude, and i assume b/c of his s&m fetish she was choked more than once, revived, choked again...all in the name of him getting off.
absolutely. god rest kelsey's soul. and you know, as real as god is...satan is. it's so sad that someone's last human contact was with someone so evil & manipulated by the devil.
tabitha, calling yourself 'anonymous' doesn't disguise your posts. no one else on here would say, 'have a nice FORTH of july'.
ash- you're right, these things in hall's past have almost nothing to do with what he did to kelsey, except to show that he has some kind of habitual history of violence. but the fact remains that he is on trial for kidnapping and killing kelsey, not anything else.
Re: “Edwin R. Hall's DNA Expert”
if this guy gets him off then there will be more victims soon to follow...
