I always find out things before the press. Neighbors on the 8600 block of Thompson let me know what went down in the Darrell Dancy murder case. The 21 year old man is KCMO's 45th murder victim. The resident of this block let me know that the press is not telling the truth about this case. Mr. Dancy did not live on the block he was killed on. He also did not have a gun so he did not shoot anyone. He was a guy who had a group of White & Black friends in that neighborhood and he hung their daily. The night before he was killed he had a fight with his killer's kids. Michael Thompson sons got into some sort of verbal conflict with Darrell and they with some friend jumped him according to neighbors. Darrell fought back with a crowbar and did a good job fighting off 12 to 15 people. That night Mr. Dancy was arrested and not the group of people who jumped him. The next day he returned to the area to visit friends another verbal conflict took place with Mr. Thompson's kids. The gossip is that the Thompson's boys threatened Darrel with a shot gun, pistols & 22 rifle. Then Mr. Dancy threw a brick and that when Michael Thompson broke his AK-47 and shot at Darrell. The first shot missed and Mr. Dancy took off running and Mr. Thompson ran after him firing the AK-47. Some neighbors were in tears telling me this story because they know that Michael could have killed children and others as he wildly fired the high caliber weapon. Michael caught up with Darrell fired fatal shots in his back. The neighbors who called me were of all races and they fight that the media is not covering this case because Michael is White and Darrell is Black. They also say that the press & the cops are taking it easy on the sons of Michael Thompson. They say that the son picked up all the shell casings of the guns that were fire before the cops arrived on the crimes scene. They say it was not really a ongoing dispute between Michael & Darrell. They claim the dispute is between the Thompson boys and the whole community. Resident that the boys are big trouble maker and they all of them are meth monsters. They say the same house had a shoot there last year. They also say that the house never sleeps due to meth consumption. They also claim that Mr. Thompson most likely had been up for days before he killed Darrell. Community members say that they are happy Michael is locked up but they want the cops to crack down on the Thompson meth house. They say people are there all hours of the night. The community held a prayer vigil for Darrell & close to 100 people showed up. The media & Ad Hoc did not. They called both of them. They want me to lead some type of march for the area but I don't really do that type of stuff. I solve crimes. I think I have enough tips form the community that might to lead to more arresting this case. I am crime fight. Not a crime prayer & marcher like some many so-called activist in this hell hole.
