As a former resident and native Californian, I can say this bill smells like California values. I voted no on this bill because I've seen the government do exactly what Brent is saying they may do. There is a federal title code that allows the feds to use local laws already in place and apply the full force of fed law to that local law. With that said prop b was not necessary unless it had some other motive behind it. I think Brent is right. The good news is it barely passed and shouldn't be to hard to repeal should they try to go after the farmers. I do however hope we are wrong about their intentions.
