At the end of the day, its not the public at large that will decide his fate, it will be the court's decision. As far as all of the people defending him....they are obviously, extremely insecure and in desperate need of attention, which (unfortunately) they are getting. I don't think Kasey gives a rat's rearend if he did it or not, she just LOVES all the attention. She should realize she is showing great disrespect to Kelsey's family in the process.
As far as the interview, I don't think it was her intention to "solve the case", I think she just wanted to talk to him, period. He couldn't have answered any questions about his truck because his low life dishonest lawyers haven't come up with a good enough lie yet.

Anonymous, does "gag order" mean anything to you? It is my understanding that they are being very strict with it. Perhaps thats why the questions weren't asked/and or answered.
