Its sad but no veed to be surprised. You live that life you either die or go to prison. Period. Mourning is absolutely fine but all this community bullshit AINT GONE WORK. If GOD is not in the pic HANG IT UP. Numerous attempts for community progression have been in motion and what is the result? It comes down to personal choice. CRIME WILL ALWAYS EXIST IN KC. Those community centers and so on help some but you cant get everybody
