I loved "Notorious." The only low points were Angela Bassett's magically disappearing accent and the fact that the producers (Biggie's mom and Sean Combs) are obviously still pissed at Tupac, considering that they casted a skinny pinhead in the role.
And despite being a huge fan of this era of hip-hop, I learned new things from "Notorious." What did you expect -- that a movie would solve the murders?
Kline would have filed for the death penalty for Hall in Aug. 2007, not 2006. Regret the error, will fix.
Throw some dees on that bitch!!!
Oh sorry...wrong Rich Boy.
Before I write in "Dale Hoinoski" as my candidate for president, I'm gonna need to hear him recite all of John Goodman's lines from The Big Lebowski.
Thx.
It was hot. Hot, hot, hot.
Corrections:
It's Oddisee who is actually the Terrapin, and he was saying he's "half Sudanese," not "high Sudanese." I was corrected via MySpace and now things make much more sense.
Told you I was drunk.
Re: “Movie Review: Notorious”
It's true, they didn't let Woolard's Biggie get very dark. He was such a sweet, pudgy mama's boy for the first hour that it's a little jarring when he pics up a mic and starts rapping about his dick. And murder.
Also? Tons of boobs. I wasn't expecting that.
