It may be hard to believe at this late date, but Kansas City once hosted an annual reggae festival. I recall seeing Bunny Wailer, U-Roy and Burning Spear on the grounds of Liberty Memorial. I know it was still going strong as of 1996. And get a load of this artifact.
This piecemeal approach is fun to read but impossible to use for practical purposes. I'll buy you a drink tonight if you post a simple complete schedule in the next couple hours. Thanks.
