Re: “What I Like: Mouth (the band) on Montell Jordan, Cupini's and 'Game of Thrones'

Thanks Abbie! We'll be at The Bottleneck in Lawrence tonight with KC supergroup Electric England (featuring Brandon Draper, Mark Lowrey, Eric Gould of Particle and Ben Hutchinson). All ages, only $5.

On July 2nd we'll be playing the Official Umphrey's McGee / Quixotic after-party at Crosstown Station, along with The EZ Brothers and special guests, including Brandon Draper and other members of Quixotic.

Re: “Photos from Last Night: Destroy & Rebuild party at the Scion Lab

This show was INCREDIBLE. The most packed I've ever seen that place. Huge thanks to thePhantom* for setting it all up and inviting us to play. I had a lot of fun.

Re: “Video: The Funk & Reggae Dance Summit

Hey Jason, thanks for the post. Thriftway was booked up that night so we had to settle for the Jazzhaus.

Actually the editing is bad because I did it, in one 12-hour marathon editing session, having never edited a video with Adobe Premiere before (or any other program, for that matter). All things considered I'm pretty happy with how it came out, but next time I'll leave it to someone who knows what they're doing.

We (Mouth, Damon and Reach) will be on Vibes with Val again tomorrow night (10 p.m. on 90.1 KKFI), talking about the Funk & Reggae Dance Summit and playing some live recordings of the Mouth/SeedLove/Reach collaborations.

Re: “Concert Review: Spoon, the Bravery and Metric at the Midland

I played with them for about a year after Josh (keyboard player) left. Good times.

Re: “Concert Review: Spoon, the Bravery and Metric at the Midland

Yep. Shit, I'd kill to play with the Dap Kings, though. They were the highlight of that show in my opinion.
