Burks, you realize that there is no need for a court case regarding whether "The Pitch" has a right to print racist comments, right?
The Pitch is a private entity. The editor has a right to disregard any racial hate letters and prevent publication in the letters to the editor column. The moderator has a right to delete any message for any reason.
The court case you describe is different: material printed by the KKK was being distributed WITH material printed by that newspaper.
Even if a court rules that the newspaper cannot stop people from delivering the two publications together, that does not mean that the newspaper is required to print KKK comments.
First, I used the string "Klan Vs. the Rhino Times" (you used it) - documented court cases typically use that phrase or a variant of that phrase. I found zero results.
Second, I see no articles stating that the Rhino Times lost. The only ones I see are those stating that the Rhino Times sued, and articles stating that the KKK counter-sued.
Burkes, "Vincent, I left 41 sources below." - What you did is you are trying (and failing) to support the notion that all members of a group of people with different skin colors are inferior to White people. You then try to find every single piece of information that supports your POV while ignoring countless sources that suggest otherwise. Instead of getting books from the library, reading them, and checking the authors, I will simply attack your logic.
I really do not wish to exhaustively debate you because I feel that would be a waste of time. I am kindly telling you that no important people will buy into your viewpoint, and that all of your huffing and puffing will convince no one that you are correct.

Eric Barton is correct. The boxes of the Pitch are the property of the Pitch, and therefore you cannot insert your own material without the company's permission. The Pitch has a right to delete all of your comments, block your IP address, and/or complain to your ISP to get your ISP to warn you and/or cancel your account.
Burks, I would suggest giving up your crusade. You will not win against The Pitch and the general American population.
