Re: “Batter Up!

This just in-Wilfrido Pujols is sitting in Jackson County Detention Center RIGHT NOW. He was picked up on the warrant and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 7/01/09 at 1:30 in front of Judge Bushur. Praise God! It's all catching up with him now. He has a $75,000 CASH ONLY bond on him, and he will have a public defender this time around. No slimy lawyer (Picerno) to come to his rescue.
This just made my day!

Re: “Batter Up!

Wilfrido Pujols called what police use to subdue people a "knife stick". It's actually called a night stick, but he's too stupid to know that. And it's a blatant lie, he wasn't at the scene to know what happened there; he and his brother ran after they hit Chris. There is nowhere in the reports from any witness that what he says happened, happened. He's a liar and a sick twisted little piece of crap. He's just angry because the one and only article anyone ever wrote about him has comments about his true character.
Wilfredo Pujols was charged with murder because he was committing a felony by resisting arrest and also because he committed a felony hit and run before the police even started the chase. When you are committing a felony and someone is killed during the commission of that felony you are charged with MURDER. He pleaded guilty in court to murder, leaving the scene of two 'accidents' and resisting arrest and was sentenced to 15 years for SECOND DEGREE MURDER. No one held a gun to his head and made him plead guilty, that was his decision, and he did it because he knows he IS guilty. God knows I wish I only had the brothers to blame, and I do know what the police did. Wilfrido running for his life??? What about Chris's life? He ran because he is a criminal and he hasn't proven himself to be anything else since. All these warrants didn't just pop out of nowhere. He violated his probation: FACT. He allegedly stole a dvd player from a store, and he is charged with first degree burglary and armed criminal action, all FACTS.
You need to educate yourself before you make statements about a situation you know absolutely nothing about.

Re: “Batter Up!

Legal definition of defamation:

The elements that must be proved to establish defamation are: (1) A publication to one other than the person defamed; (2) of a false statement of fact; (3) which is understood as being of and concerning the plaintiff; and (4) which is understood in such a way as to tend to harm the reputation of plaintiff.
ALL elements must be met. Although Pujols has not been convicted of anything, he has been charged. Innocent until proven guilty; yes, but the fact is, the charges are filed, the warrants have been issued. So we will just say "allegedly", if that makes you feel better.
BTW, what's a "knife stick"???
