Re: “Downtown's Club Xpressions fights to stay open

If Del Hedgepath is involved there will be corruption and the most degrading of human values and morals. To call Del a slumlord would be to call Lindsay Lohan, Mother Theresa. This man is sociopath to the extreme. All the way from teenage go go dancers at this club when it was NV, to hiring pedophile drug addicts as property managers in places with small children, shoddy coverup repairs on buildings to camouflage defects that would be code violations, to belligerent and erratic treatment of employees and tenants, as well as continuous pursuit of tenants through the court system due to untenable living conditions that forces them to leave because Del will not insure proper living conditions (he makes their lives miserable then has worked out a system to double dip when they cannot stand it anymore.) In Del's world the laws are used against everyone else, but none apply to him.

This is a very short list of reasons why it does not make sense for a liquor license to be extended to any property that Del Hedgepath is involved.
