Kansas City doesn't need an NHL team, if they suck they won't sell tickets, and if they're good.... they still won't sell tickets. Hockey doesn't have any history or really any place in the midwest. And why would Kansas City try to bring in a league that is on strike and struggling to even stay profitable and relevant with other sports? It would be nice if the Kings came back but that is definitely not going to happen either, Seattle took the #1 spot to receive an NBA team the second the SuperSonics left.
I've never actually seen the show but friends have told me what it was about, and we were just talking a few weeks ago how this place and Open Fire on Broadway really needed to be on this show, crazy that its actually happening!
Grill 51, it hurts to think that ill probably never eat their food again...
I don't eat calzones enough to legitimately judge them but.... Grinders gets my vote.
Re: “The New York Islanders might have been Kansas City's last NHL chance”
Who considers Minnesota and Michigan Midwest? They definitely don't. And Chicago is huge so obviously they're going to have everything. But you're right about St. Louis.
