I went to Fogones yesterday. Its just one block west of Nieman, on Johnson Dr. I tried a cochinita pibil taco which was as delicious as Bender described. I also had a Pollo en Mole taco, which now I see why they were sold out as the previous poster said. It was one of the 5 best tacos in the city, if not the best. I also had a red chile tamale, which was really good, and I tried all the salsas, with the verde and the pina jalapeno bein my favorite. This spot is so much different than any other mexican joints in the city, a must try for all mexican food enthusiasts.

totally agree with pizza delivery , 20 bucks is more than fair, the whole tip debacle is sooo played out , you get what you deserve, I see you bust your ass, you get paid, you take my order and some export guy runs it to me, you dont, if you have to split it with them , thats your problem , when you take a wait staff job, you know the chance you take, these people make more than me working 3 or 4 nights a weeks at 4-6 hrs than I do working 10 hrs a day 5 days a week, Im sick of feeling obligated to HAVE to tip a certain amount, you do good , Ill reward you , nothing is given , and I dont wanna hear that ole bullshit then youll get spit on your food next time, I rarely eat in the same place and if I do and a wait staff sucks and I stiff them cause they suck , I either dont go back there or if I do I remember their face. I dont go by a % , if my bill is $80, I dont feel obligated to give $16 damn dollars , thats ridiculous. Id rather tip $16 to the small coffee shop waitress that maybe makes $40 a shift than give $16 to the steakhouse waitress that makes $100-$150 , its just stupid. Say what you want. Its my money and Ill do what I want.
