Local Pig. I get their Butcher's Box, and they have fantastic sausages. Chorizo Verde and Porcini Mushroom are my favorites.

Just a note for anyone trying to go here, the address is actually 11977 S. Strang Line, not 1197. It is also on the same side of Strang Line as the AMC and Zio's italian (which is opposite of Oklahoma Joe's or Buffalo Wild Wings).

The food was good though!
